Grace was introduced to Chinese calligraphy in childhood by her grandmother, and has studied with ink artists including Yu Chun-Hui, Sungsook Setton, Victor Chen and Hsieh Chia-Ming in Taiwan, Luciana Rago and Elena Hikari of Shodo Creativo in Madrid. She practices calligraphy as a ritual meditation for ancestral healing and diasporic reclamation.
